Due to two Male competitor drop outs yesterday we have changed some of the MEN’S HEATS. Some of you have moved back into a later heat for the first two Events. Women – your times and heat placements have remained the same. Thanks everyone!!

Check in/registration will be from 7:00-8:00am Saturday morning outside in the parking lot where the comp will be held (it will be obvious and not hard to find).  You are NOT required to come by Alpine CrossFit (in Wheat Ridge) Friday evening and in fact we prefer if you come early to check in on Saturday morning.  Please do not arrive at 7:55am to check in!

Please note that there will be a cut after event #4 prior to event #5 The Gauntlet.  Only the top 40 men and top 24 Women will advance to Event #4.  The top 8 Females and top 8 Males will be competiting for overall placement and the cash prizes.  The following 16 Women (9-24) and 32 Men (9-24 & 25-40) will compete in an elimination round of 16 Gauntlet for prizes as well.  IfContinue Reading
